WHAT IS JAZZ FOR THE SOUL?
Since 2008, The Jazz for the Soul Concert Series has been bringing talented jazz musicians, avid listeners, and noteworthy causes together.
Jazz lovers have two opportunities per month to enjoy free live jazz concerts in the valley.
On the west side, concerts are held on the 2nd Sunday of the month at the newly renovated Spirit of Hope United Methodist Church in Peoria. On the east side, the brand new venue RAVENSCROFT hosts Jazz for the Soul concerts on the 4th Sunday monthly in JAZZBIRD, featuring a warm and friendly lounge environment. [more about locations]
All concerts are free to the public and all donations received will benefit local and international humanitarian causes. Jazz for the Soul is a widely-regarded concert series with loyal fans returning again and again. The season runs from September to June with a break for summer.
Whether in sacred space or a world-class venue, Jazz for the Soul is a light, lively, exciting, and enriching experience for player and listener alike.
